A First time user to Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling and I am very impressed. After 'chasing' another service company in the area for weeks I called CF this morning at 9:00 and they had a service tech at my house at noon with the problem resolved in 30 minutes. Matt, the service tech, called before arriving was pleasant, knowledgeable and diligent. I will be switching furnace, heat pump and generator over to Courtesy Industrial Heating & Cooling. I look forward to continued service from Matt at this company in the future!
