    Great job, professional Cleaning of the ducts and vents
    The service man laid down tarps to protect my hard wood floors he wore covers over his shoes. He kept his face mask on the entire time and answered all my questions. I am very pleased.

    Technician was great to work with. Took the time to explain everything to me in details that were easy to understand. Explained the problems with the furnace and gave his recommendations to address the issues. Had all parts needed on truck to make same day repairs. Great technician, if I need to use them again I hope I get the same one.

    Furnace & water heater installed today. I noticed the smell of gas lingering near the units about 2 hours after the techs left. Had to call the fire department to inspect and turn off my gas; sure enough there was a leaky valve. Customer service gave me a four hour window to wait for someone to fix this issue. This was definitely irksome because I spent almost 7 hours waiting for the job to be done in the first place-- I was quoted at 3 to 5 hours when techs arrived. I wouldn’t be upset with the time spent on the install if it had been done correctly in the first place. I spent a total of 14 hours start to finish for this to be done; it was almost 10 pm by the time the third technician was finished fixing the leak. On the one hand, good to know that they're available so late, but not a fun way to spend the day in my new home.

    Took a lot of time and patience to negotiate with customer service but eventually they did help me find resolution regarding this issue. Unsure at this time if I will use this company again in the future, but the service recovery certainly helped make a bad situation better.
    Three stars is for the eventual help of customer service team & the friendliness of the techs they sent to my home.

    Technician was prompt and very courteous. He quickly diagnosed and explained the resolution to my issue. I agreed to his resolution and he had the part in his truck to quickly repair my unit. Great service.

    Four Seasons has been serving our equipment for several years after trying other vendors. Their service techs are excellent and always on time. Courteous and professional! And I really enjoy the technology that 4 Seasons employs to make appointment and get text alerts to confirm everything. I highly recommend these folks if you like fair honest people who value your business!

    The technician was great. The cost for the part was $190. I can get the part online for $7-$15. Two years ago another company fixed this problem and charged $50 for the part. It is unbelievable that they would mark up the part that much. I would not use this company as they are a ripoff.
    UPDATE: Four Seasons reached out to me when they heard about my complaint and have made a price adjustment that seems very fair. It;s good to see a company do something to make their customers happy
