Were professional at all times and explained everything in detail. Made me feel confident that the job was done correctly and I would be able to use it without any problems; which is very important knowing cold weather will soon be here.

The technician was great! The company itself is awful. We have never been happy with them. They have lied about a lot of things along the way. I cannot in good conscience recommend the company. Most of their techs are good, but the people in the background are not so good to work with.

The tech was very professional during the time at my house. He showed me the problem and explained in detail why my heat wasn’t working. He also took the time to explain what he could do to fix it. I’m very satisfied as I now have working heat again.

Everything was handled quickly and very professionally from the phone call for the appointment down to the techs leaving my house. Four Seasons is way more expensive than others, but based on family and friend’s recommendations, I knew they’d take care of my needs immediately.

I had a window from 8:00am - 12:00pm on a Saturday and was told I’d receive a call 30 minutes prior to the technicians arrival. Mark called me at 7:40am and was asking about my concerns and the service call placed. He was professional and knowledgeable and told me he’d be over within the hour. He arrived at 8:20am and ran all the necessary tests. He recommended a few options like a cleaning and change of a pad. He also recommended a few other options for the future (duct cleaning and a smart thermostat). This is the first time we’ve had to had a call placed on a furnace and we will definitely use Four Seasons again. Great experience and customer service! Thank you!

Super awesome and quick! I have a young child at home and so needing the furnace to work in a cold Chicago day was necessary! Person on the phone was super nice and tech was great! Will definitely call again if ever needed!
