Rousculp's Heating and Cooling

So unfortunately my furnace went out during the tail end of polar vortex a couple weeks ago. I had called another place before I had gotten the phone number for Rousculps twice, and by the time the other place had gotten back to me, Lesia had already squeezed me into their already jammed packed schedule. By 12 pm the same day, I had already gotten the much dreaded diagnosis I knew was coming (my furnace was 41 years old and the previous owners did not take care of it whatsoever). Todd was straight forward with me and even pointed out some other things in my basement that had nothing to do with the HVAC. Lesia helped me with the financing portion of it and she was a god send when she told me that financing was available(my very first thought when all this happened was "there is no way I can afford a new system "). Installation took 2 days (I did the bundle deal and replaced the a/c unit as well) and everything went smoothly. I will definitely recommend Rousculp's to anyone that has HVAC issues!

The customer service was great! They were able to come out the day I called. Everyone I dealt with was a hard worker. Shout out to Todd and Juan for talking to my dog and fixing our A/C as fast as they could.

Very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quickly and effectively.

Got an appointment right away, tech showed up on time and ready to go. Tech explained what he was doing, and what needs to be done and gave options. We patched my problem, so I know it will break again, but if/when it does, I will be calling these guys back to help me out. Super polite staff - phone and tech. Upfront about all costs, nomial fees. Not super cheap, but not expensive. Will be using their service again. Thanks guys!!
