Save yourself the time. Get a professional instead. Called to repair the central AC at my building. Was asked who was going to pay and was I the owner. Not sure why that mattered since I'm the one calling, obviously I'm the one who will take care of the payment. Martin came out and looked at the units and said he could do the job. Said it would be $75 diagnostic. Was there all day. Initially told me that no power was getting to the AC units. Proceeded to do whatever outside then came in and had me feel the AC working in one of the units. Ok great, it works. Said the other unit needed a part that he couldn't find in the store and he needed to get the part and come back and fix it. Said he would charge me $550 for the entire job. Then continuously said "oh, I think I should charge more because it's a lot of work". Excuse me?!? Eventually he left after charging me $150 for the work he did that day and said he would be back to fix the other unit once he got the part and I could pay the rest then. Wanted cash, and had no receipts. I paid by check. Came home that night, turned on the AC....NOTHING!! I called Martin and told him it didn't work and he proceeded to try to give me instructions on how to use the thermostat. Really!?! Then he says "oh you must have a bad thermostat, how am I supposed to know that your thermostat is bad?" Now I'm no genius, but to have a working AC, the thermostat has to work correct? Not to mention the heat worked all winter as well as the fan so the thermostat worked. (Which no longer works after his "repairs"). After asking what did he fix? His reply was he re arranged some wires. Not replaced or repaired m, he put them in order. Really? You didn't fix anything and didn't do anything, yet charged me $150. I asked why was it working while you were here and not now? He used direct power. How does using direct power while your here "repair" my AC? He came back the next day and I had a male present who is familiar with AC repair and long story short... he finally admitted that he did not know how to repair my AC and didn't fix anything!! He actually said this. He returned my check and I didn't end up paying, but he wasted a whole day and half of my time when he knew he didn't know how to repair my AC and he actually messed something up more because now my heat doesn't work.

BEWARE!!!!!!!

The most unprofessional company I've came across thus far. Martin came out to provide an estimate, after call several times stating his company wanted the job, and how good this company in. So after deciding on a agreeable price. I requested a work order stating what was discussed. I received a very vague description. When going for permitting, it was discovered that the company wasnt bonded a portion of the work...(plumbing), as im in need of hvac, electrician and plumber. Martin said, oh...we do all those things. So since the city wasnt gone to allow them to do plumbing, he could still do electricity and hvac..which we Martin and I agreed to. Until he texted me 5 minutes after our phone conversation...saying he apologize, climate doctor cant do the job, they are very busy...HUH, a text, Really...we just hung up from each other!!!!

After looking for an affordable and honest air conditioning technician I came across with the climate doctor that resolved my water boiler issue. The issue was resolved in a professional, affordable and honest way. No extra or hidden charges.

We wanted a quote for a new heating system. The guy wanted to charge us to come out and dona quote. He was like, " nothing is free" will be carefull with them. I have never heard someone charging for a quote only......unbelievable......stay away....

This was the right guy to call for my 5 unit apartment building. My steam boiler was not working. He got there fast, he got it working, I cant say enough good things. His rates are also very reasonable.
