My a/c unit went out, of course, during a heat wave. Thomas was responsive and helped talk through the options. He came out to assess and replace the unit, was very helpful, explained everything in detail and spent extra time running tests. Pricing was straight forward and cheaper than other estimates. There was a minor issue with our air conditioner and we called Titan Heating heating to come check it out. Alex was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He first diagnosed the system and told us the problem and the much it would cost to get it fixed.The quote was reasonable and he proceeded with the work and the entire job took about one and a half hours since he cleaned it also.Great job and I would definitely use again!!!
