    I has issues with my water heater. Navarros was recommended. They came out twice and misdiagnosed the issue with the water heater. Both times o ordered parts that were free of charge from the manufacturer. The second time they came out a gas valve was incorrectly installed according to a different technician. The owner was informed. By this date I was always a week and a half without hot water and the owner advised fir me to order the parts from the manufacturer so it would be a cheaper cost. All in all they place a different gas line about 3 yards. And replaced the water heater just installed because I was able to get it free of charge from the manufacturer. They charged me 1200 but then the owner said 1000 which I thought was steep! As they misdiagnosed the problem, installed the gas valve incorrectly and all the parts were free of charge. I paid cash, I did not get a receipt from the owner. I called to request one it took them a week! The receipt was not itemized and did not specify I paid cash! So I called and the owner became upset stated that my receipt was valid here, anywhere and in China! He gave me to speak to his secretary who was also rude. I hope the Better Business Bureau reads this review. These are unlawful business practices! Despicable! $1000 to install a short gasoline and I stall a water heater!

    First of all, the repairman was very late (over two hours ) and hadn’t called. When he finally arrived at my building he came inside and began to take photos of the problems. I asked him how much he thought it would cost to make the repairs and he said around $550. He said he had to call his boss again , after he sent him the photos . I thought the price he quoted me was kind of steep but I agreed to let him do the job anyway. He then said he had to go and pick up supplies to do the job. He left and returned in about 45 minutes with a bag of items. It took him about 2 1/2 hours to complete the job. After the job was finished I asked him what was his preferred method of payment and what was the final cost.He said he would have to call his boss ,again. After and the phone call , he now tells me that the final cost would be $750 ($200 over the original quote) I asked him why the price went up so drastically and he says“ I just work for the company I don’t make the prices” I don’t recommend Navarro’s heating and cooling to anyone. Everyone, please beware!!!

    Don't go with this company! They are a dishonest and shady business. We had them come out and service our water heater. After giving us the run around for a week they finally fixed it, so we thought. Problem was it went bad 2 hours later. I had already sent the check for them "fixing it". When I told them it went bad again they didn't fix the issue, cashed the check and avoided all calls and texts afterwards. So he robbed us of $600 and left us without hot water for over a week before we went with another company. Navarro is a shady businessman.

    I once had a very high regard for Navarro Heating & Air. They installed my central air unit approximately 5 years ago and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their price and service. Since then, I’m not so sure. Maybe they have new owners or management staff but regardless, I’d never spend another penny with them.

    I recently called to have my AC serviced for the year. They informed me that they were all filled for the day but I could get serviced the following afternoon. So I waited for the next day and expected a call which never came. I phoned again in the early evening to see if I was still going to be serviced to which I was informed the technicians were running behind but they would still make it to me. That never happened. A no call, no show.

    Still believing in them I phoned again the following morning when they opened and relayed that I was not serviced. She stated that she’s phone the tech and have him reach bout to me. I waited 4 hours and still no call. I phoned again and was once again told she’d have the tech call me 5 hours later and still no call.

    I believe money spends anywhere and I will spend my money with those that have no respect for me, my time, or simply common courtesy to say they can’t make it.

    They carried exactly what I needed to get my furnace back up and running. The igniter I bought was fairly priced. The employee I dealt with was extremely helpful and very nice. I will definitely recommend this business to others!

    Horrible work . giant holes left unsealed , no plastic put down , no shop vac used while drilling , dust everywhere . workers ignorant .
