Well let me just say that this young man came to do some work. He arrived on time, wearing a mask and shoe covers. I truly appreciate his professionalism. He continued to troubleshoot until he found the problem. I'd been without heat for 2 very long and cold days. Thank you James.

Came for an inspection of mini-splits. Couldn't diagnose and just chose to leave, but we still had to pay a visit fee. They wanted to charge a large amount more to complete inspections and diagnose the problem rather than including it as the visit fee.
Spitballed something that might help for repairs and gave a bad/high quote above average prices for the service on Google.

Amazing HVAC services in Chicago, IL! Words will never express my gratitude for your sense of urgency to repair my heat problem at home. I was frantic yesterday morning- no heat... My mother with her dog- my two cats and an aquarium, not to mention being a contracted customer with another company who couldn't get here until sometime Wednesday.Air conditioning contractor was outstanding-I had never met him before...but all your people are great.
