Our water heaters failed just before we were leaving town for vacation. I had a few plumbers out who couldn’t get the job completed before we were leaving. Deljo Heating & Cooling stepped up and made it happen for me with no up-charge! Brandon C got the job quoted and scheduled in a day. Carlos B and Jack O showed up right on time, worked efficiently and took care of what was not an easy job in a tight space, finished on time, and couldn’t have been more professional! Thanks, Deljo.

Our technician, Aaron, was on time, professional in his work, answered my questions, wrote a detailed condition report for me to keep track of our HVAC equipment and left me his card so I can consult with him for any future concerns regarding our HVAC equipment. He recalibrated our thermostat and showed me how to use it. He also changed our filter pad and instructed me about it’s installation. Aaron provided excellent service during his maintenance call at our home.

I was experiencing an issue with the thermostat, so Deljo sent David Ciechanowski out to take a look. Not only did David resolve the thermostat issue quickly, but he also undertook to review the air conditioning system for a second time, knowing that it had been too cold during the original maintenance visit to completely test the system. I was very impressed with David's thoroughness, his initiative, and his pleasant and professional manner throughout his visit. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Deljo Heating and Cooling did a great job designing and installing a furnace and air conditioning solution for our home's second floor. The result has been a much more enjoyable environment during these final weeks of winter... and we are looking forward to utilizing the AC later this year.
