If I could give six stars that wouldn't be enough. Sam and Steve gave up part of their holiday for us. Our basement was flooded 10 days ago due to heavy rains. We got 10 inches of water in the basement. We lost everything including the hot water heater. No hot water for 10 days! Sam was recommended to us by a friend. Sam installed furnace a few years back. Called for yearly checkup on furnace and air conditioning, showed up at promised time was friendly and professional and priced very reasonably. Could not ask for better service.

Recently, at the worst possible time (during the polar vortex) my heat decided to stop working. I was in an absolute panic as I know nothing about these types of things. Our technician, Sam, arrived very quickly and diagnosed the problem. Turns out we just needed a furnace cleaning! Whats more, he charged us only $59!
