Dr. Sammy is personable, and does quality work at a great price. He was quick to respond and set up a time to come out to service our air conditioner. An overall nice guy!

My air conditioner is about 30 years old. It quit Monday. Sam was totally awesome. He came and looked at it within a couple hours of my call. He was here the next morning and got it going again. He didn't try to push me into a new unit like some others have done. I can't afford a new one, (I wish!) I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't been able to repair it. I am so greatful and will reccomend them to everyone! They were so wonderful.

I purchased a new home over the summer. I was chilly the other night and thought I would turn on the furnace to knock out the chill. Well, nothing happened. So I called Furnace Doctors and Sam came to help. My pilot light was out and it needed a cleaning and a new coupler. I was expecting the charges to be pretty high... But they weren't! Hired these guys to check on a 37yr old furnace and found out I needed to replace mine. They were very accommodating and quick to get the new one in, but they did fail to plan for a place to put the filter. Other than that, they have been good to work with. They are always willing to help out when things to wrong. They even came out once to fix my heater while I was on vacation.

Furnace Doctors is officially my go to for any and all heating/cooling needs. When we started experiencing problems with our heating system during the winter the owner personally attended to those needs. He went above and beyond normal duties and even advised us on how to keep our heating/cooling costs low in the future. And since we have a home that was built in 1885 this advice and direction was indispensable to us.

Sam is professional, courteous and thorough. He even checked back in with us a week later to ensure we weren't having any more issues. And if that isn't enough he followed up a month later to see how everything was going.

This is the type of business which you can absolutely count on. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone that I know.
