You will work directly with the owner which is great. He is honest and does not try to upsell you. I got my system replaced and he told me that I really did not need to get it replaced and they still sell all the parts. I did end up replacing the system but him telling me that is unheard of.

Had a last minute situation with a water heater. Sam was the best at getting out here and had it fixed fast. Customer for life now based on that. Also has the best business cards to boot! Highly recommended!

I called early on Monday morning to see if Furnace Doctors could come out and look at our furnace as it was blowing out cold air. I spoke with Sam who said they could come out to our house this afternoon. Sam called me to let me know that he would be able to come earlier than expected and asked me if that was ok with me. I am especially grateful for the service I received from Sam, my Furnace Doctors technician. While many companies around town were unwilling to work with my home warranty company, Sam not only agreed to do so but also went above & beyond when it came to dealing with the warranty issues over the phone. Furthermore, Sam did an excellent job of repairing the problem with our air conditioner while also explaining problems we might encounter in the future. Sam worked efficiently but was patient with our questions and concerns. We're delighted that our air conditioning is up and running now, and we'll know exactly who to call the next time we encounter an issue with our heating and cooling systems.

Outstanding service! This is the first time in forever I have air blowing thru my east registers! I want to thank the kind, diligent and knowledgeable gentlemen that came to my house today! I still have a small issue, nothing on their part, but we were able to track it down and I am super confident that they will be able to fix it. I had a new furnace and a.c. installed from them last summer after my old a.c. stopped working in the 90 degree heat! Not only was the owner at my door within 30 mins. Sam showed up at the exact time he said they would. He and his apprentice were very friendly and worked well with me. They got me all cleaned and a new furnace blower all the same day, and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend them. I cannot believe how quiet my furnace is now!
