We contacted them and they came out in less than an hour. They got straight to work and solved the problem. Perfect 5 ⭐️ service!

They did an awesome job. Got to my home within an hour of my call first thing in the morning, had the parts on hand to fix my AC and even went the extra mile to check my system.

This husband and wife team are very professional, polite and courteous. They treat you right and fair. They make sure everything is done to the best standards and are not out to take your money. I will always give them a call if needed. You should do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Furnace stopped working on a Sunday night. The next day was a national holiday. I called an 800# who provides you with HVAC servicers in your area. I was still on my landline with the provider when Melinda was ringing my cell phone. To say the least I was highly impressed being that the temp in my house was a cold 55 degrees. She stated they would be here within the hour-i was presently surprised when they arrived 30-45 mins later. Very cordial husband and wife team. I explained my problem to them and we went throught the process of elimination and identified the problem. James gave me a quote and told me that I could rest assured that no one could beat their price. He even offered to give me a quick temporary fix to get me some heat while I did a cost comparison. (Who does that?) While they were here another HVAC servicer called and I explained what part I needed and he gave me a quote for the part which was higher than what i was paying for the part and labor with Garretts!!! They did not have the part on hand but left and returned within 15 mins with my new part. Now that's what I call service!!! Needless to say I will be using them for ALL my future HVAC needs !!!!

Go with Garrett not these other companies who either don't show up or are over priced. Fast and friendly service.

Came home from a week long vacation and my AC wasn't working and it was 86 degrees inside my house. Called Garrett heating and cooling and they had someone out to my house within 30min. of my phone call. They were very up front on what needed to be done and had my AC fixed in no time at all and didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get it repaired. If you need AC service these are the people to contact!
