Great experience working with this company. New furnace and A/C was installed on the same day.

I was so nervous with the task of calling around to find someone honest & dependable to do our repairs. I was given the Garret’s contact information by referral from one of their previous customers. They were here within 30 minutes of me calling them, came in and diagnosed the problem all in under an hour. Now I understand that due to different circumstances they might not be able to move this fast for everyone but I am forever grateful for their prompt response and our family appreciates them greatly. I look forward to scheduling an appointment for the air conditioner unit installation in the spring.

When I needed THREE heat pumps and air handlers replaced all once, I went with Garrett. I received 5 quotes in total for the job. Garrett beat the competitors by OVER 50%. I thought, "what's the deal!" but Garrett is licensed and insured, they showed up on time every time, and they went above and beyond on the installation. The work comes with comparable warranties for parts and labor, too. Don't pay for the overhead of the the big guys -- who have to float their receptionist, office salaries, truck fleet, marketing and computer and software -- go with Melinda and James, an efficient two-person crew. In less than 10 minutes from my initial contact with Garret's, two technicians arrived at my house to inspect and service my heating. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They had my furnace issues resolved in less than an hour. I plan to install a new system later this year, and Garret's has my business. I recommend them highly.

Called them at 7am because furnace not working on 16 degree morning. Furnace was repaired and running great by 8am. They were polite and professional. I couldn't be happier and I definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough about Garretts Heating & Cooling company. My AC unit was damaged by the roofing company that replaced my roof. I had no idea why my AC unit was not working. I found Garretts Heating & Cooling company online and read the reviews. All the reviews state how wonderful the people that own this company are, and I agree 100%. They waited until the owner of the roofing company made it to my house to show him the damage. They also documented the damage the roofer cause so I can have solid proof. I felt like they cared about my situation. They are honest, professional, and hardworking people. I wish all companies were like Garretts Heating & Cooling company. They came and tune up my ac and furnace. Very reasonable price and came out today to install a piece of foam on my ac pipe and they did not charge to do that. Today Kerry came out because I had water leaking. He found the blockage cleared it and added tablets to prevent algae. Fee was very reasonable and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend Garrett's heating and cooliing.
