Adam is always very efficient, providing an estimate before the work begins. He leaves the work area totally clean. I have known him for years and he is courteous , knowledgeable and reliable.

Adam was very friendly and polite. Explained everything as her was working. My only issue is the toilet rocks a little. It seems to need an adjustment.

This is difficult to write as I used Armbrust exclusively for 10 years. The people and professionals have been terrific. However, we recently had a clogged toilet and had it routed and found no root cause. The charge for the routing was $670. Five days later the toilet clogged again. Armbrust refused to come back out telling me that they do not warranty their routing and I think that's something people should know. They expected us to repay for the routing even though there was no root cause found just five days later.

If it would have been several months or years later, of course I wouldn't have that expectation, but five days later indicates that there is a problem that wasn't found the first time.

My water heater was definitely at the end of its life. Armbrust gave me a reasonable quote and were available quickly to take out the old water heater and to replace with a new one. Was informed of extra costs. Alan was professional. I definitely recommend Armbrust.
