Jim spent so much time explaining all of our options with us and making sure we were comfortable with our decision. Scott and Josh who installed our new AC and who did all the duct work were extremely clean and professional! They also performed some other needed preventive maintenance work on our furnace. I highly recommend Joyce Heating and Cooling as a result of my 8 year relationship with the company. Bravo!!

Joyce was great. She knew exactly what was wrong with my system, gave me a simple choice on replacement parts, and quickly finished. She even checked up on some other things for free. It was refreshing that she didn't try to upsell me on a dozen other services. Left the apartment spotless after doing an incredibly through job. I hope to continue working with Joyce Heating and Cooling for years to come.

Have used them to replace both heat pumps at my house. They respond quickly to emergency calls (within reason) and all the technicians I have had at the house were respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.The recent visit by the serviceman was for a maintenance contract. He continued the trend of technicians stated above.The recommendations for equipment seem relevant.

I scheduled an appointment for air conditioning repair but was asked to pay $150 prior to a technician coming to my home. I saw the great Google reviews but decided to confirm the business address. When I went to the business address listed on the website, I found there is no Joyce Heating and Cooling business at the address listed on their website.

I called the phone number and a representative confirmed they are not located at the address they have listed on the website. I will not be doing business with companies that provide deceptive information.

The techs at Joyce Heating and Cooling are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. We were having a problem with our air conditioner and when we called them,they came out the same day and were able to work on it and got it blowing cool air again.I dint think it would be able to work again but the techs were able sort it out. Awesome! I will definitely be calling them in the future!

Jack the technician and his helper gave excellent service to my mom and I today. Jack explained a corrosion problems and showed us pictures of the problem. He also explained that mold was building in parts of the A/C system and offered a great solution for that too. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a quality air conditioning system service.

Jack is simply amazing! He was on time, personable, and got my AC up and running in no time. Our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of August night. It was really unbearable situation! After doing thorough research and checking reviews, we contacted Joyce Heating and Cooling company. We called around midday, and by evening same day Jeff arrived to save the situation. He was knowledgeable and went over the main problem with us while also educating us about other issues that may have caused the problem and gave the possible remedy in case of such future occurrence .Everything was sorted professionally, that’s why I will always recommend them.

Jack and his colleague were very polished and committed. They did a very good job cleaning my A/C unit inside and outside. They gave me some information to consider regarding my unit. So far I’m very thrilled with the service I received from Joyce Heating and Cooling!!

Jack was pleasant, helpful when he came to inspect our furnace. He explained the problem and took about 45 minutes to fix it and even took some time cleaning the air filter and made a few suggestions, explained what he did, and answered all my questions. Prompt, efficient and very nice to deal with.Highly recommended!!
