I had them look at my furnace, which did end up needing to be replaced (it was past its end of life). I appreciated how thorough they were with their inspection and how they were able to prepare a quote for a replacement. I haven't had the new one installed yet, but the sales representative was cooperative in answering my questions and didn't push me toward features I didn't need.

fixed a coolant leak and repressurized my unit. At my request, checked my duct work, as another contractor said it needed replacement. The repairman gave me his honest opinion, which I appreciated. The work was expensive, but that couldn't be helped. Coolant isn't cheap. They did what needed to be done. Timely and professional. Would recommend. Unit is running like a top now.

Jeff was excellent at explaining the possibles pros and cons of fixing the fan on the condenser vs replacing my system that is 17 years old, and he explained the various ac unit options for installation that made sense for me. Also, the technicians who installed the system were fast and recommend this company to anyone in need of repairs or installation.

We contacted for an complication with our shower and after the Cooper inspected our building plumbing system we found out what the root of the dilemma was. In addition to another issue that we would have been unaware of past the warranty period on our home. We will be calling them back after we deal with a few legal issues concerning our home. I had a superb experience with my repairman Roque. He went through detail of the upkeep inspection report with me and answered all my questions. He offered recommendations for an emergency shutoff switch that my unit didn't have in case the drain pan back up, but there was no pushing or high pressure sales. Roque was on time, polite, and professional. I appreciate his work in my home!
