Called in the morning because my furnace was not turning on. Got a technician to arrive a few hours later. Jesus was very professional and great about showing me what he was doing and offering suggestions and tips for the future. It was a quick fix but something I would have never thought to check. We talked about some benefits of getting a brand new furnace down the road through this company. I'll definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Thanks Jesus!!!

I called Grand Comfort Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. They scheduled a 2 hour window to come out to the house and they never showed up. They did call later in the day and said they can be there in 45 min but I could not make it so we rescheduled for another 2 hour window the following day. They never arrived and never called me back. If they are this bad at keeping appointments I don’t want to find out how they handle the rest of the work.

Zero stars times 10!!! Repairman did more harm than good. Was dishonest and unethical. Replaced a water line that was galvanized steel with an iron black pipe normally use for gas lines. Every time I turned faucet on I got rusty water.Requested Grand send a different plumber. They sent 2 plumbers next visit, who initially said “it’s an old house and the lines are old”. I insisted they double check the other plumber’s work. They rolled their eyes at me like I was a delusional customer and reluctantly checked the lines. Upon checking, they immediately realized the first plumber knowingly installed wrong pipe because it was easy. Upon this observation they removed the black gas pipe and installed the correct galvanized steel pipe.
I called Grand a couple days later and suggested, not requested that 1.) the owner call me and apologize, and 2.) that as a gesture of good will, good faith and to protect their reputation, they refund the money I paid them for their substandard work. I never heard from Grand again as if they could care less. Buyers please beware . . . Most of these agressively priced tradesmen and contractors don’t give a you-know-what about you or your home. And, if you turn your back for 1 second, they’ll pull the same rank stuff on you as they did on me. And, then they want to charge $145 to $200 per hour. Then, they ask you to give them a five-star review on YELP. Caveat Emptor!!!

Sewer backups are very stressful, however, Randy and his team went above and beyond to ease that from my family and I. Whenever we had questions, they were available; they communicated arrival times perfectly and were professional throughout the process. While I hope I never see them again for the same issue (ha), I would absolutely recommend them to everyone that has plumbing / sewer issues in their home or business.

I hired Grand Comfort Plumbing on 3/7/30. They told me that they would rid me of my complaints of standing water in my crawlspace; the stench from the standing water; and, the gnats that were coming through the ventilation. They also told me that they would cement over pipe underneath kitchen sink so that rodents would no longer be able to get into the crawl space. My crawl space still has standing water and my home smells like wet rodents; I have gnats throughout my home especially in all rooms on the lower level which is closest to the furnace. The odors give me headaches and bad sinus problems which I explained the first day that they came out. I was told that the cost to take care of it would be $3500 with dwnpymt of $1750. I continuously asked them for the videos and pictures of the work from beginning to end and was assured many times that they had and were continuing to take videos and pictures. Also, they told me that they deal directly with my insurance company and currently had 5 people with my same insurance so they knew how to work with them. I wound up paying Grand Comfort, after 4 estimates for the same job $13,000 instead of $3500 which was the original quote. They told me that they found a busted pipe in the crawl space and would repair it and resurface the floor. PICTURES AND VIDEOS PROMISED WERE NEVER TAKEN. I believe it's because they scammed me. I continue to have the same exact problems that they said they would repair. When I kept asking for the pictures and videos they came out after I made the final payment to them and stuck a camer into the pipe they installed into my front yard and shoved it down the pipe and told me to send "that" video to my insurance company. I want my money back. Of course I do not believe there was ever a broken pipe in my crawl space. I have contacted Grand Comfort numerous times and recieved promises that they would send someone out to remedy the situation TO NO AVAIL-THEY NEVER SENT ANYONE OUT TO DO THE WORK THAT THEY WERE ORIGINALLY HIRED TO DO. They gave me 4 upgraded estimates all total $13,000. For what? There's a huge mound of rocks and dirt that they left in my front yard which they told me would go down. They should have removed it. City inspectors made them stop work (I wasn't aware til the next day) because they didn't have a permit posted in my front window. The next afternoon they gave me a Permit to put in my window with an incorrect address. So, I want my money back. I have had to hire several people and get other estimates for what they promised to do which they never did. I am still waiting for them to do what they promised before I can complete the project of the crawl space. Lastly, we would discuss and come to an agreement but I was never provided a paper copy. I was only provided a machine to put my signature in a box after their explaining that they understood my request and that what I specifically asked for would be done. The crawl space is in worse condition than before they came out: standing water, sewer smells in my home through the vents, etc. I cannot use a/c or heat because of the horrible odor throughout my home. I've hired air quality technicians and got unfavorable information. Grand Comfort said they would dry out the air and the crawl space would be dry completely. I hired an electrician to put in a dehumidifier.... I want my money back. Way too many promises to send someone back out to fix the situation and they sent no one. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Initially I had reached out to have a PDP assessment but upon Randy's discovery of roots in line he stated that I wouldn't qualify. He also state that I would recieve a $140 credit since it was no longer a PDP. I communicated several times with Kristen, the company's secretary, who stated that she would forward me a revised invoice to show the $140 credit. She stated several times via email that she would send that to me but fail to do so everytime. The unprofessionalism on Kristen's part reflects very poorly on the company. I was considering utilizing them to install a clean out access for my property but I will not be moving forward with Grand Comfort nor will I recommend them to anyone else. And being that I was a general contractor for 8 years that is unfortunate because people contact me for plumbing referrals all the time.

Had some issues with our sink and it turned out to be a bigger issue. They were helpful and responsive and were able to work with us in the price based on work that didn’t need to happen. Great people to deal with. Unfortunately we are having different issues now but these guys are the first ones we will call.

We are going through the sale of our home and the inspector noted that he was unsure about potential water intrusions in the basement. Rafael came out and was able to do a complete inspection. He was very professional and was able to talk through what he saw versus the inspectors noted issues. This helped us to show that waterproofing was not required, saving us that expense. It is great to have someone come out and tell you that you DON'T need their service. Thank you, Rafael!

The technician was high end professional. He explained everything he planned to do, what he was doing as he did it and some tips to help keep our system running in top shape. My AC got repaired in an hour. 5 stars from my side definitely.
