Your HVAC Guy

I recently purchased a townhome and very shorty after closing, I had to replace my entire HVAC system. I met with a couple different companies and by far, Justin was the most professional, straightforward, dependable and friendly. He also hooked up my existing whole house humidifier with my new furnace. That was a HUGE bonus for me (because I would have no idea how to do it myself). During the installation, I had work, leaving him alone in my home. Usually that would NEVER be an option, but once you meet him, you see that he is so trustworthy that I had no problem with it. I will be a lifelong, loyal customer. I cannot recommend this company enough.

I woke up to a cold home. I tried calling other companies and got no response or return call. Justin called me back right away. He showed up within 15 minutes. Took the time to determine not just what was wrong, but why the problem began in the first place. I was thankful to have a warm home by the time I went to bed.

I hired Justin to replace our 2 whole-home humidifiers, which were old and not working. He replaced them with 2 new Aprilaire whole home humidifiers. He removed the old ones, installed the new ones, patched holes, connected water and added the thermostats which came with. Now our home is showing proper humidity levels in both zones. Justin was friendly, clean, and took his time. His price was very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for any future HVAC needs.

Had Justin come in to inspect my HVAC system and get a vent hood installed. Justin was responsive, consultative and very informative throughout the whole process. I am very happy with my vent hood and will be calling him for all of my HVAC needs moving forward.

Amazing customer service! I reached and got a response within the hour! I’m a first time home buyer and literally thought my HVAC was going to blow up, Justin came and did maintenance and fixed the very very loud booming sound it was making.. literally the next morning. I had emailed Sunday night and it was fixed by Monday morning! Now that’s a great HVAC guy! He was also very informative! I will 100% be using him again!
