Great service call with Rizzo Heating and Cooling. The service rep showed up and did a fine job cleaning and servicing my furnace, then spent extra time troubleshooting a problem I had with the air conditioning unit. These guys from them are reliable, professional and do quality work. I highly recommend them.

Called a few HVAC companies to help us with furnace installation.We went through the bids and decided to go with Rizzo Heating and Cooling. William, the sales representative, did a great job at explaining our options and the crew was very professional, thorough and clean. Installation was done in about 2 hours and they were gone.I cannot recommend this company more highly

Our furnace went died and I met with three very reputable companies and decided on Rizzo Heating and Cooling based on value we received. Not only did we do our furnace we also replaced hot water heater and and our AC unit due to the of the units. The installation team was first in class and very professional. Arrived on time and they worked nine hours to complete the project. I would highly recommend Rizzo Heating and Cooling.

They kept me updated on what they were doing and were done at the expected time. I would definitely recommend them.

A few weeks ago, I called Rizzo Heating and Cooling company when my A/C failed and I couldn’t handle the high temperatures in my house. The following morning Bob one their technician came and had my unit running flawlessly in no time. He also took time and explained to me in details on what measures to take to avoid the same occurrences that lead to the AC failures in future. The other companies I have dealt with before has never done that. He was also very professional. Excellent service and I will highly recommend them.

Very impressed with Rizzo Heating and Cooling. Furnace stopped working Saturday afternoon, tech arrived by 6PM that evening. He got our furnace running again.The cost was equally fair and pocket friendly. Am more than grateful to Rizzo Heating and Cooling that they were able to get my furnace running so quickly and cheaply.Thumbs up!!!

I trust the service professionals and have found that Rizzo Heating and Cooling puts the customer's interest first. When another firm I had been using told me I had to replace the system I asked them for a second opinion and was told my system was not at the point it had to be replaced. I appreciate their honesty!!

Bob and his crew at Rizzo Heating and Cooling are true professionals and hard working. Called them on a very hot Sunny day and they sent a very knowledgeable guy who took a look at the problem and got the air conditioner working faster than we had expected and gave a reasonable quote.Very professional,No up sells and excellent work.Would definitely recommend highly.

William was my service rep. He did a wonderful job. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Explained everything he was doing and I could see the difference when he was done. He also cleaned the areas after he was finished. I highly recommend him. Wish there were more like him.
