Andersen Plumbing & Heating

Andersen is great - we’ve been using them since 2016 for every plumbing project or issue we’ve had. We will keep coming back time and again! Their staff is so friendly, flexible, honest and communicative. Even though we have had different staff come at different times, they all remember us, ask about the dogs, etc.

Prices are fair and the service is great. I recommend Anderson to anyone for any plumbing or HVAC needs!

We needed to replace our existing sump pump and battery back with a new system. Jim and Antonio arrived on schedule and were professional, courteous and completed the installation in under two hours for a fair price. I definitely plan to use Andersen for all our plumbing needs!

Marcus and Sam were VERY professional and helpful. We had multiple issues (2 showers and each having an issue). They explained everything that needed to be done in detail and answered all my questions. The job came in under the estimate and they got done much faster than anticipated. They also spent time working with the warranty company to help get a reimbursement. All in all, I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with their work, professionalism, and speed in completion. I would highly recommend the company and Mario for certain!

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received.

We moved into our new house 5 months ago and this is the 4th plumber we’ve had to call. Had a backup emergency on a Saturday morning (ironically on my birthday), I called and they were able to fit me in half an hour later. They scoped our mainline outside, removed a toilet, jetted our entire plumbing system, and camera scoped our entire plumbing before AND after they jetted (only plumbing service I’ve used that includes scoping in the service price, not as an additional charge). They didn’t do a rush job either, they took their time to make sure everything was done right.
Our plumber did everything he could to try and save us some money, walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it, answered all of my questions, was personable and funny, and even gave me a small discount for my birthday.
Our last 2 plumbers to do similar service was $800, plus $500 to scope (which we didn’t do). End cost for these guys was under $1000 including the scoping. I’m a very happy man. I will definitely be using Anderson from now on.

We had a severe chimney problem and the cost to repair and install a liner was cost prohibitive. Steve the installer carefully explained our options and we decided to go with a Nuvien combi system which was able to vent using two PVC pipes through the basement wall. Steve installed the system quickly, neatly and did a thorough cleanup and hauled away all the old equipment. The new system works wonderfully and has already reduced our gas bill considerably! Highly recommend Andersen Plumbing!

Got an appointment the same day. The employees were quick and courteous. Fixed my shower faucet quickly and efficiently.

I contacted Andersen Plumbing in regards to replacing my dual system water heater i.e. it not only provides me with hot water, but it also heats my house, this is a fairly uncommon system and they were truly experts! Their final quote came in significantly lower than other competitors and every person I spoke with, or came to my house to work on the water heater was wonderful! Morgan is extremely friendly, and had a technician out to my house within hours, Steve was the technician who initially looked at the water heater and provided me with a detailed breakdown of how he intended to replace the system, and the cost associated with the fix. Mario was the technician that removed my water heater, and was very friendly and punctual. Both Mario and Steven then installed my water heater and they did a fantastic job (not only did they clean up after themselves, they went the extra mile of sweeping my kitchen floor for me and locking up my house as they left). I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing work!
