High-ranking service! today morning my ancient furnace stopped working in the middle of below 10 degree weather, with a week of below zero on the way. I called Thirdwave Heating And Cooling around 11 and after going over the quotes and agreeing to a price, was estimated about two hours for them to get to the house, which they did. Top notch!!

Our central AC stopped working during a heat wave. We called and Thirdwave Heating And Cooling and the owner came out the same morning. He immediately identified our problem and by that evening we were up and running again. The cost was much less than we expected. He was efficient, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. Well if we ever need AC work again we will be calling these guys.

I am so glad I found these guys. They came on time and were able to fix my HVAC problem fast and at a very v reasonable price. They could have tacked on extra charges like past technicians I've had, but they charged the bare minimum for my small problem. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency! Will call them again for future needs.

CROOKED COMPANY DO NOT USE. Office address is fake no one there by this name. Website is a phony site collection deal. Worst of all, i got duped out of $1400+ dollars for a recharge, and one that lasted a few days. My tech, Russ, only warned me R22 was pricey but the recharge should last thru the summer, which was fine i would replace unit next summer. What he never told me or even performed, is a leak test to isolate and identfy the problem (which apparently is mandatory per EPA law when filling R22) Another tech called it "gas and go" and said it is a big NO-NO / big fines. The leak test would have offered me the info to make a smarter decision and is apparently standard protocal for HVAC companies (except this one). Also, I call Thirdwave HVAC and get a phony invoice from Russells Remodeling (ATTACHED). In spite of their alleged office being 7 minutes from my house, I was charged a $250 service call. (Algonquin HVAC charged me $89 and said that was outrageous). Taxes/fees (no details) amounted to 18% of the total bill. I called the 'office' and after the 3rd time he returned my call. I explained my grievance and his lack of professsionalism in terms of checking for leak severity, wasted money, and denying me valuable insight into my a/c unit that would have prompted a better decision. He apologized and agreed to issue me a full refund, which he in fact did.

Eric was very informative of the trane line and gave us plenty of info to help us make a decision to fit our needs. Eric and his crew were very professional on the install arriving on time and finishing the install before estimated time , explaining everything along the way. I would highly recommend verily to family and friends!

Brilliant service by Eric. He turned up on time the day after I called and was very pleasant. He knows his stuff and was quick and tidy. He finished the work in forty minutes and AC is now in full working order. Great Service Will Recommend.
