Air Blue Heating and Cooling

I started using Air Blue Heating and Air last year. I had them replace a boiler and 2 RTU's and couldn't be happier with the work completed. I worked with a few different tech's and they were all professional and knowledgeable. Everything was scheduled and completed on time and also had excellent customer service working with Alex W.

When I was shopping around for a AC unit replacement, It all started with John who was prompt in calling back and showed up at my home the very next day and even waited for me being ahead of schedule. John did not try to oversell and sent me a quote with Best, Better and Good options the very same evening. He was always there with answers when I had questions via email and phonecalls. Once the quote was finalized and contract signed, Debbie took over with the invoice and scheduling. The experience was a breeze and I even got a reminder the day before as it was the day after a long weekend. Dariusz was the technical rep who showed prompt on time and wasted no time to start and get the work done while explaining the process and why he was doing what he was doing. One of the most courteous and knowledgeable techinician I have had the pleasure to interact.
I couldn't have been much happier about my choice of selecting Air Blue.

I have a membership with Airblue for servicing my AC and furnace. It is a nice deal for recurrent tuneups and other discounts on other things. It is definitely worth it for people who want their systems in good shape and save some money as well.

We had a flood with this past rain. We were not sure if it would fire up. Chris stopped by checked it out after everything had dried out. Chris did maintenance and it fired right up. He even bleed the radiators for us. Very kind in helping out! Great service! 👍

I have used Air Blue for years! I always stressed about ordering a heating and cooling company because I never found anyone I could trust. I was nervous about them selling me something we do not need.This has not been the case with Air Blue! The Air Blue staff is honest, hard working and always take their time to explain everything to me. When we moved into our new place, our unit completely shut down. We had other companies come down that insisted a new unit is the only option. Air Blue was able to fix our unit and we never had to upgrade! Will definitely continue using Air Blue in the future.

Needed a tune-up in general and the tech Chris was not only great at the job and at answering all our questions, he was also super polite and on time and now has our furnace running better than it has in quite a while. 5 out of 5.
