JJ did an excellent diagnosis troubleshooting why our gas fireplace stopped working. He was on time, giving me the appreciated 15 min out call. He was professional, giving me the various scenarios with costs. Reasonable in price, friendly, knowledgeable-I will call them again when the need arises.

This was the annual service call to check out my AC system before it is turned on for the year, but Comfort Heating and Air has put two different AC systems in my house as well as a new furnace , since I have been in my house for just shy of 22 years. The first AC lasted for 20 years. They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. You won't go wrong with them. :)

After a bad experience with another company I happened on Comfort. Without asking I was given advice that I could get the control board repaired by Midway Appliance rather than buying a new one. That worked out and Andrew at Comfort corrected my rewiring at low cost.

The installers seemed well trained and showed skilled workmanship. The new installations look great.

Our heater failed during the night and it was 11⁰ outside. I called Comfort Heating and within 3 hours JJ had replaced the main circuit board and restored our heat. Thank you JJ.

The duct work venting our water heater was rusted thru and releasing carbon monoxide into our home. When I discovered it I called Comfort Heating. They came out the same day and determined that it was indeed a serious situation. They turned off the water heater and aired out the house. The repair parts were difficult to find but they Stillwell able to get us back on track within a day or so. Their concern for our safety was extremely appreciated. I will definately use them in the future.

I called the office at 8:00 am. They were here by 8:09 and had us up and running by 8:35. With 100° weather, we certainly appreciate that we were important to them. Thank you so much for providing stellar customer service at a more than reasonable rate. 5-star service!

J J was personable and eager to assist. He was cool with out noisy dogs too. He answered questions well.
