John and his team were exceptional to deal with through a fluke faulty unit issue. They stayed in regular communication throughout the entire process and went the extra mile to ensure we received a new unit completely vs just trying to swap parts to repair. The team was so kind to my family and we definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs as they stand behind their word 100%! Thank you!

I generally do not review businesses. I have to say that I was very pleased to work with Trusted Heating and Air. I had them replace my 1992 AC and furnace. They gave me a quote, which they honored. They let me schedule in advance (when I would have a little bit of vacancy) and they did not pressure me to have the work done earlier. They showed up on time. Even though they did run into some difficulties, they did everything they could to finish the job according to the time table I was constrained by. I don't think they could have done a better job :)

Our AC went out the day before our 1 year old daughters birthday, a 105 degree day. No one could get to us for at least 3-4 days. Then we contacted John. He was able to come the next day and had our AC back up and running in no time. He is super friendly and knowledgeable and helps you to better understand your system. Highly recommended!
