Air Now Heating & Cooling

I can't thank "Air Now" enough after dealing with other heating contractors and getting no where, i gave this company a chance, looking for quotes on new furnace and ac. I got exactly that, no run around just the quote and different options i asked for, even a mini split system added to my garage which im loving.

The 2 installers rob and tate worked efficiently as a team all day rarely taking breaks "had to beg them just to stop and have some pizza for lunch" the systems came out looking great and so much quieter..

So I had them install a mini split from a rental. Everything went smooth they had installed in a day. Okay great, until I look a little closer they installed it next to a window and tore my window my trim off to install it. That's fine but they broke the piece and didn't put anything back leaving my house exposed to the wheather. I called and they said we're not a trim company you figure it out. I said okay I won't use this company again. A few months down the road it leaks water all over my house, perfectly normal for a mini split with a clogged tube. Only the tube wasn't clogged, they installed the mini split off level opposite of the drain so water is now running away from the drain. Not professional won't use them again.

If you're new to the area I highly recommend Air Now. I recently moved to Meridian from a smaller town. It's difficult to find honest HVAC businesses who don't want to price gouge you. When I arrived my AC unit went out. I booked an appointment online for Air Now based on their reviews and wanted a quote for a new system. Trent drove all the way out to Meridian from Caldwell to give me the quote and did not hesitate to fix my current AC unit for FREE (without a commitment for a new system) to keep me cool during 100 degree weather. He gave me the best value quote for a new complete Goodman system and I couldn't be happier. He was the only HVAC contractor in the area who gave me respect, didn't price gouge me and gave me exactly what I wanted while steering me away from over purchasing my new HVAC system. Their installers were awesome as well. They checked my ducts, my airflow pressure, and walked me through all of their work. They left my utility area cleaner than how they found it. Don't be fooled by the other "top" HVAC companies in the area.

Had 2 ductless units installed by service pros Rob and Tate. Excellent quality of service and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Air Now for all of your HVAC needs.

Had them come out to do a my HVAC maintenance and I was really impressed with Rob and Tate. They were both really knowledge and hungry to strive in this trade. I will be calling Air Now heating and cooling for any HVAC needs.
