Really dissatisfied. I had a warranty issue, and had a tenant without hot water for a week because I couldn't get Storm Mechanical to respond in an appropriate amount of time. I ended up hiring someone else to fix the problem. Won't ever use Storm Mechanical again.

I work for a Property Management Company, Storm Mechanical helped us to get a Tenants Heating-A/C unit back up and running, Great communication with us before during and after. I would Highly Recommend them.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. Everyone I talked to over the phone was awesome and Jeremy the service tech was tidy, efficient, and professional! I recommend Storm H&A!!

Unprofessional, incompetent, inattentive, and unethical. I have had to hire a plumber and a mechanical contractor to fix their installation.
I am only giving a 1 star rating because a 0 star rating is not an option. DO NOT HIRE Storm mechanical.

excellent service, done the same day the furnace failed! within 1 hour of my call a tech showed up by the end of the day a new furnace was installed and operational kudos to storm and their crew!!!

Asked for a bid on my house, they came up didn't ever provide a bid, called to follow-up said they'd get me a bid didn't send me a bid. How can I rate my experience as anything but bad.

New years day, furnace wouldn't light, Bud tried to explain how we could fix it, he ended up coming out and fixing it, great price and quick service, Definately would recommend and already have.

Honest, hard working, and fair companies like Storm are hard to come by these days. I recommend them for all your in home comfort needs!

My heater stopped working at 5pm. They sent someone out immediately. I highly recommend them.
