Greg spent an ample amount of time thoroughly inspecting and looking for the cause of our problem. I liked that he looked at other possible causes as opposed to going straight for the most obvious cause which was the most expensive. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner!!!

My ac was running poorly and they made it out, during the high demand season, and as I started to get concerns they really helped resolve the issue. I would recommend them to anyone who needs ac maintenance or repair!!

Greg was fast and courteous with his servicing of my furnace. He even went over and above by hauling my newly emptied trash can back for me on one of his trips to the van. Really appreciate it!

My landlord has a Comfort Care package which means One Hour comes out for scheduled maintenance on the furnace and air conditioning unit, and for any other issue I have. They always answer the phone and always follow-up. The technicians are polite, professional, communicate well, and always keep their work area in my house clean.

My elderly mother scheduled a preventive maintenance check up on her 3 year-old furnace. The technician came out and supposedly did the check up and came back in and asked if she was aware that her furnace fan / blower was not working. She knew quite well that it had been working fine and told him that she believed he was trying to scam her and make her pay for service she did not need. He went back out in the garage, fiddled with a few wires and low and behold everything was working again. We believe this place is a scam and they only charge $40 for this service because they are going to break (or act like something is broken) your furnace so they can get you to pay to fix something that they disconnected and wasn't really broken at all.

We have reported this to the BBB as well but I would find someone else to work on your furnace if I were you.
