Dennis Fox is a thorough professional extremely capable of taking a complex situation and putting together a solution that exceeded our expectations. A high efficiency Carrier Heat pump, electric furnace and water heater are installed and working. We've worked with numerous reputable HVAC companies over the years and they each failed in different ways. One wasn't available when our furnace failed because elk season opened and they had no tech's available, a second failed to stand behind their shoddy installation, and another tried too many times to get our heat pump working properly leading to expensive use of inefficient emergency electric heat! Expensive lessons.

Dennis worked diligently to put together a solution with new quality equipment and went above in numerous areas. He discovering a plumbing error and literally bought a 2 inch cap and put it in place rectifying what would have become a major insurance claim. Did a great job repairing my a/c system after being told by another company it was not possible and I had to buy a new one. They will have my business as long as I’m in the treasure valley.
