Jonathan H. was absolutely awesome, refreshing even in a time where customer service is not taken too seriously by many people. He was early and he confirmed the appointment prior to. He was courteous and friendly. He was knowledgeable. He wore shoe covers too without being asked. He answered all my questions and concerns with ease and patience. He worked in an organized and clean manner. He delivered no sales pitches and allowed me to be a part of the repair process after accessing the issues with the leaking kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He let me know what he would be doing and what to expect (diagnostic and repairs). Due to the nature of what needed to be done, he was working for quite a while. However, he was working the entire time. Thank you Jonathan H.! You have helped to put one of the centers of my house back together (the kitchen). You're a solid plumber! Ken and Eric replaced our water heater and found another leak in our crawl space that could have been a disaster but wasn't thanks to their expertise.
From the start Ken was honest, open, and thorough in his explanation of the damage and what it would cost to repair. With his positive attitude and exceptionally polite manner, he made it feel like a family member was there to help out.
Both Ken and Eric worked very hard to make sure we had running hot water and we were grateful for their efficiency.
As a woman, I felt safe and secure with these two gentlemen around. They were absolute professionals and I would recommend them to anyone within listening distance. If the rest of the plumbers at Beacon are half as good as Ken and Eric, then Beacon Plumbing is one heck of a great business. Thank you Beacon!

Josh was our journeyman plumber and we are so grateful that he took such good care in repairing our leak … he explained everything super thoroughly and just got everything fixed so quickly. Outstanding company! I really appreciated the fast response when I called Beacon Plumbing as they were flexible and worked within the short time frame that I gave them to complete the project. Josh and his team did a great job and I will use them going forward as my go to plumbing service provider.

We called on Thursday morning with a septic issue and Jonathan was out within a half hour to investigate. After a full day of working on our tank and drain pipe, we have a functioning system again! I especially appreciated the clear communication regarding starting with the easiest and least expensive problem solving options before moving to more complex and expensive options. Very professional and personable! We’ll use them again!

We’ve used Beacon Plumbing two times for our plumbing emergencies and they were very professional and timely each time. John, the Beacon employee, came the next day after we called and was able to give us an estimate and start work the following day. The whole project was finished in less than a week. I dreaded calling our pool company because I knew it would take them a couple weeks, if they were even able to do the job.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Even in the recent midst of service providers being so busy they don't even bother to call back or show up to a job these guys were incredibly responsive and fast. My location was not exactly convenient for them, however they still were so fast to respond and flexible. And compared to other bids I received Beacon was a great value. They are now my go-to place now for plumbing and HVAC. They should win some sort of award for amazing service.

Jonathan was honest and saved us hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary repair. He did hus due diligence and found out our issue was with the city line flushing not a faulty system. Thank you!
