Perfect Temp HVAC

I got home at 4:45 to find that my AC wasn't working. I called Perfect Temp, and within 1 hour, they had a technician out. Within 2 hours, our house was cooling again. The technician explained the problem and what to do next time. G was very nice and professional. 10/10 will use again if we have another problem.

I've done business with Perfect Temp HVAC for many years, and I hope to do so for many years to come. Having just used them today I can confirm that they are as good as ever. Mr. Jones and Mr. Davis both do great, prompt, and professional work.

Although we have conventional HVAC for the main floor of our home, our upstairs loft area and bedroom are temp controlled by an energy efficient Samsung mini-split installed in our attic. When it stopped working, I called four different HVAC companies to repair it. Two of them said the whole unit had to be replaced (quoted us $7k), one company tinkered with it for hours then left after telling us they’d be back the following day (they did not return). The only company to get us up and running again was Perfect Temp.

G from Perfect Temp is an affable, enthusiastic guy, and he was determined to get our unit fixed. After diagnosing the problem, he ordered the parts needed to repair. He returned the next week with the parts, and our unit is working again! He saved us well over $5k by not replacing the whole unit.

I highly recommend Perfect Temp, and I think G is deserving of a raise due to his diligence and commitment!

They did entire my new house and did a fantastic job!! And they have the BEST costumer service! When I had to move air bent, they made no other holes on the ceiling and moved it perfect spot instead of making big holes! It was amazing! When I have some issues, they always come quickly and fix the issues. When they cannot come on the same day, they will come next day or two.
Their price is reasonable, too! I would highly recommend them!

I could try to find the words to describe how hard “Mr. G” works, but I lack them entirely. We used Perfect Temp to replace both of our AC units, and we have not been disappointed. Every time G comes out to our house to work with us, we are always amazed by him. I highly recommend both this company, and G’s work in particular.

Courteous, friendly, prompt and professional, your right it's in the name! The guy's came put in a dual mini split heat pump unit I purchased and replaced my old 3 ton heat pump unit with ease. I'm spreading the word about this company and the pricing wasn't bad either.

Had a problem with a leak in a coolant line. Called Perfect Temp at 2PM on a Friday. Expecting to be put on the schedule for next week. Nathan sent G (the Tech) out at 3PM and the coolant line was fixed and coolant recharged by 5PM. G explained what he was going to do and what it would take to fix it. I can't ask for any better service than that! Thanks to Nathan and G for the exceptional customer service!
