Call them because our heat wasn’t working, they were at the door right when they said they would be. Figured out the problem replaced the part, and come to find out it was under warranty. Could have charged me for the part I wouldn’t have ever. If there’s ever anything heating & cooling problems around my house I guarantee I’m calling them.
