Work was done quickly and on time.
The price was on par with other quotes.
I only give it 3 stars because the workers forgot to put covers back on pipes and left them on the ground in wrappers next to the condenser.
They also unplugged my downstairs unit ( we were getting the upstairs replaced) to move it a little and left without plugging it back in. We only discovered it late when the house got extremely hot and humid.

I called Alternative Heating and Air and they were able to come to my house same day before the night temperatures got colder. Vick showed up professional, knowledgeable with good attitude that brought the warm air back in to my home.
