    After calls to at least ten companies, Mark was the only one to respond. He came out on 4th of July weekend when my air went out and it was 88 degrees in our house. Even though it was the holiday weekend, his prices were very fair and he found what was wrong and replaced the part within minutes. He didn't overcharge us for the part, either.
    Forward almost a month later- A/C acting up again, so we called him since he was so wonderful last time. He came out, assessed the situation, tightened some loose wires and told us we didn't owe him anything this time because it was within a month of the last visit. We were shocked! We didn't expect this at all. We would HIGHLY recommend Reynaud Heating & Air to everyone. Friendly, responsive and fair pricing...we couldn't be happier with our new HVAC company!

    I found Mark and his company on google. He came in smiling and joking because I was panicked and had no idea what I was up against. He made me feel at ease about having to call him. He went right to the condenser and found the problem, fixed it and now I’m happy to not have to go through the night perspiring. Thanks Mark.     My husband and I have been using Mark's services for over 15 years, I can't even remember the first time we called him but I know it was before my youngest in 2000. He has always given us reliable and straight up info about our issues and we have had him service both our AC and our furnace. He has recently replaced our entire heat and AC units (old house needed upgrade) and we couldn't be happier with them. Once he was very busy (because he's so good) and I made the mistake of calling someone else in who could come right away - BIG MISTAKE! Not only did the other guy overcharge me, he didn't even fix the problem! So Mark to the rescue, he came and fixed it. I will never call anyone again! Mark always has my business!

    Reynaud HVAC has been taking care of all of my HVAC needs for at least a decade, maybe longer. In total, I’ve had 5 units that have needed various repairs over the years and also needed a replacement. Mark is experienced, responsive, honest, and fair priced.     This is the second time that I have used Mr. Mark Reynaud to service my air conditioning unit.
    After having gone through so many companies over the years, it was a breath of fresh air to have someone so knowledgeable and so professional provide HVAC services. Unlike many HVAC companies that I have dealt with he was more concerned with service and repair instead of trying to get me to buy a new AC unit and charging me for repairs that may not have been needed. Skill, professionalism, straight-talking, and great customer service is what you will get when you use Reynaud Heating and Air Conditioning. Call him if you need him. You won't be disappointed!!!!

    The technician was on time and explained what was going on with our A/C unit. In which we thought was something major and turned out to be a minor fix. I highly recommend them.

    My appointment was May 15 at 3:00pm, I explained the loud noise from the air unit, two hours later Reynaud repaired only two wires and added some freon. Three weeks later June 12 then June 26 the air conditioner shut off, I messed with the circuit breaker it came back on both times. I called Kyle at Esquire Heating & Air while it was still on who then found the problem and showed it to me, less than an hour repaired. The capacitor was defective, old, rusted and twisting at the connectors, It controls the compressor, the blower motor, and the outside fan, this part was never replaced by Reynaud.
    Disappointed for the amount of time Reynaud took but didn’t find this when I paid for the inspection.

    I have nothing to gain, nor asked for a refund, just being honest about my own experience.

    Two weeks later I get a follow up call from Esquire to make sure everything is running okay. How’s that for customer service 😁.
