Wonderful company to do business with. Mark did a furnace for us about 12 years ago, so we decided to call him when the air conditioner quit blowing cold air. I thought we needed a new air unit outside since it’s 20+ years old, but Mark was able to get it running again. Call Reynaud Heating & Air, you won’t be disappointed.

The owner of this company comes across as a very nice and honest individual. We were very pleased with the service that was provided. We contracted them to replace our furnace earlier this year and they gave a very fair, affordable price. They were very professional and arrived on time, so we knew we had to include them on the list to provide an estimate to replace the A/C. The owner provided insight on the pros and cons of different systems I may be considering before I even requested for them to provide an estimate. Ultimately, while not thrilled that we had to replace our A/C unit, we are extremely pleased with the service provided by them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

When we first found Mark and his business Reynaud HVAC Contractors, we were calling him from a state of frustration and desperation. We had already had two other technicians from two separate companies come out to address a mechanical issue that we were having with our AC system, which were both unsuccessful. Not only did Mark respond quickly and successfully fix the issue, but he was actually able to explain exactly what was causing the problem, and why the other two repair attempts had failed. Most recently, our AC unit stopped cooling well into the middle of summer. It turned out that our system had a bad coil, and was leaking Freon. Mark not only helped us to get the coil replaced under warranty with our unit's manufacturer, but he also did everything that he could to help us deal with the summer heat during the wait, even by going out of his way to offer us a free charge of Freon while we were waiting for replacement parts. Mark is kind, generous, honest, and highly knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his customers, and we are so grateful that we found him. If you are searching for a great heating and air conditioning service, look no further. Mark will no doubt take great care of you, your family, and/or your business.

Exceptional service at reasonable prices. Called on a holiday for emergency service. Out within 3 hours. Mark, the owner, is very nice and knows his stuff. Cant go wrong choosing them for any of your HVAC needs.

Update: It's been about 9 months since my last call to Reynaud. Had to reach out again for emergency (no heat) repairs. Timely, knowledgeable, and had me up and running in no time. I will be sticking with Reynaud for all my HVAC needs.....period !

Mark is 2 for 2 with issues I've had with my AC in 2 different homes. He has been honest with both repairs and could of easily said I needed some expensive repairs. That goes a long way with me and if I ever have issues where I do need expensive repairs, I'll know they are valid.

Mark was amazing when he came out. He was professional and very knowledgeable of his job. I would definitely use his services again. I would highly recommend him for your heating and air issues.

I saw Mr. Reynaud's reviews on Google and I would like to add another good one to the list. Very good service as his company put in a central air conditioner and furnace for us back in August. I went the cheap route back in 2016 with a shady installer and that air conditioner only lasted three years. Anyway, I was determined not to go the cheap route anymore as you get what you pay for when it comes to heating and air. Mr. Reynaud, gave me a good price, quality product, and a timely install. Both, the air conditioner and furnace are working great. Please, don't go the cheap route when dealing with heating and air because it may end up costing you more in the long run. I am very pleased with Mr. Reynaud as his company did great work for a good price. He was not the cheapest and was not the most expensive but we are comfortable and that is what is most important. Had a great experience with Reynaud Heating & Air Conditioning. Called them mid afternoon today and Mark promptly came out to see what the issue was. He quickly figured it out with no problem. His company has been in business for over 30 years and it shows why they are still here.

Will always use them for any other issues that I may have.
