I received outstanding service today. Mark quickly resolved the problem and took the extra time to educate me on why certain rooms were not cooling as well as others. Now I am more aware of some of the intricate details to look for in the future. Thanks Mark for exceptional customer service!

I had the pleasure of first doing business with Mark earlier this year (2020). He provided me with an estimate for a new Heating and Air gas variable exchange Heat pump after my electric one failed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and thoroughly explained his recommendations and why.
The installation process went smoothly. I called Mark after the installation that I was now smelling gas and he promptly returned to check it out. Turned out my regulator was leaking which was replaced my gas company.
I then needed Mark to install a thermostat at another residence and again he was on time, and called 30 mins prior to his arrival. Mark installed the thermostat effortlessly, while again providing me with knowledge about the new thermostat and its features.
My experience with Reynaud Heating and Air has been wonderful and I recommend them for your future heating and air consulting and installations.

My heat went out the weekend June 2022, so I called Mark. He promised to come by on Monday, which he did. Changed the capacitor and charged me the service charge as the unit was on warranty. I didn't even need to be at the home, I simply granted him access remotely. Thanks Mark!

Within 24 hours of contacting his business Mark came out to diagnose my furnace problem. He was extremely friendly, walked me through what was wrong and didn’t apply any pressure to purchase one service or another. However, when pressed he did provide his opinion and the reason behind it. Highly recommend and will be using again.

Mark was great when he came by after our AC went out during one of the hottest parts of the day and on a Saturday. He was very kind and SUPER helpful. Answering questions, giving advice, and taking a look at something I was worried about. I told Mark when he was here that he had just gotten his company a new customer, and I mean it! My husband and I were expecting to pay through the nose, but we were both surprised when we didn't pay near as much as we thought we were going to. Pleasant surprise!

Mark came out to diagnose our HVAC system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through what was wrong with our system and gave us his recommendation without being pressured. We highly recommend him and his team!
