Jeff at GrayMadd did an outstanding job with the blown insulation and attic air sealing project on our older home. It involved removing the old metal ductwork and other debris in the crawl space, sealing electrical and plumbing penetrations and then installing a vapor barrier. He was quick to respond to phone calls and emails, long suffering about answering questions and even started the job early! He was meticulous in cleaning up after himself and there was no debris inside or outside after he was done. Jeff is a vet and it showed in his ability to do this work in gruelling heat and tight working conditions. His bid was very reasonable and competitive and we would recommend him to anyone looking for help with home projects.

Jeff really saved my biscuit when my AC stopped working back in July. I initially called another company that I just Googled and they never returned my call - Jeff, on the other hand, came out that same afternoon and had cool air blowing in less than an hour. I'm nosey and curious about everything and Jeff took the time to explain what had gone wrong with the system. I happily agreed to his biannual maintenance service, which provides cleaning and routine checks on the unit before the summer and winter seasons. Paraphrasing something he said - HVAC maintenance is something that you don't think about until something goes wrong, but really it should be included on any homeowner's to-do list, and GrayMadd's service made it as easy as picking up the phone.

Jeff is very knowledgeable in many areas that affected our very complicated situation that involved drainage, mold, old fuel oil contamination, duct work, and other. Add to that, he is very friendly, accessible, and incredibly hard working. We give him an A++ !!

These guys came out on a Saturday to fix my AC. Had the issue fixed in no time and taught me alot on how to keep up with it, great company.
