I needed help with a replacement Rheem hot water heater and dealt with Robert. He stated that he was fairly new to Hughes supply, but that didn't keep him from providing top notch service. Super nice guy and kept me informed throughout the process. It's always great to deal with people that truly care about the service they provide. Thanks Robert!!!

Went here for a part that another store down the road didn't have and was able to find it. The explanation I got from Josh on why I needed a different part than what I originally needed was awesome. My unit is back up and running perfect. The experience and the changes the new manager has made from the last time I was in is the reason I'm taking the time to write a review. I'll stop here first next time.

I never write reviews. The owner of this place is a good man. He took the time to come out from the back, answer my questions and even talked me out of buying something from him because he thought that I may find a better fit for my particular needs elsewhere. If I EVER need help in the future, this is the FIRST place I'm going to! Fantastic guy, very knowledgeable and honest! The world needs more people like this in it!

I have a non-standard sized pvc dryer vent and needed to replace the dryer vent cover. Mr. Robert was able to brainstorm several solutions for connecting the cover I had purchased online to the pvc pipe vent. It took several attempts until he found one that would work for me. He took all the time necessary and never once appeared to get annoyed or frustrated while trying to help me solve my problem. The best part is that the solution cost less than $2.00. I'm glad I skipped the local home improvement box stores and went to Hughes.
