I just purchased my EV days before Xmas and TE was able to accommodate a charger install within 12 hours of my request. Jason S was assigned to my install and showed up on the coldest day this year with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude and smile. He is very knowledgeable about his work and always professional in his delivery. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood not only the work that he came to perform, but also gave me a broader understanding of the electrical operations of my home. He was very clear about my options and did not influence me to make a decision based on cost alone, but one based on information beyond current needs. Jason and Alex were so friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to install new LED recessed lighting same day of the estimate and it turned out great!

Our experience with TE Certified was great, from the initial phone call to the finished product. I liked receiving a text with information about your technician, including a photo, ahead of their visit. Communication was constant throughout the process. Dakota took great care of us, explaining what was wrong in a way we could understand it. He was professional, friendly and thorough. We would will not hesitate to use TE again.
