This is a class act company. Jeff is super and fixed our problem and at a fair price. Robbie in the office is wonderful. I am thrilled that I found this company as we have been cheated by other companies in the past!

This doesn't relate to HVAC work they did, but I wanted to acknowledge the kindness some of their workers showed this morning. While at a stop light in Chattanooga on Central Ave, there was a man pushing his car. The male passenger of the Indoor Air Solutions van ran out to help the man push his car off to a nearby parking lot. The other person driving the company van safely pulled off to another nearby parking lot. Both of them did not hesitate to help the man, and cared for his and everyone else's safety. Thank you for your heroic acts this morning.

Good people! Not HVAC related...but my car broke down in their parking lot when it was 19 degrees outside. I waited inside while the tow truck came because it was freezing and got to know the lady in the office. Coincidentally, she has the exact same car and year as mine and gave me some great insight on what was going on with my car because it had just happened to hers! She went outside with me and showed me how to reset this sensor that caused my problem. When I need HVAC work done this is definitely who I will be calling! Thanks :)

Indoor Air Solutions came out and looked at my heat pump that wasn't functioning. They diagnosed that it was an electrical issue and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. The attendant was very professional and helpful.

Jeremy did an awesome job. He gave me a great deal and was very pleasant for a bad situation for me. Would recommend his business over and over.

These guys are amazing. They have been gone above and beyond for me to make things right from a situation that wasn’t even theirs! I highly recommend using them for all your heating and air needs!
