The installation of my Air conditioning unit was a smooth and flawless experience. I called on a Friday and we scheduled for the following Tuesday. I have a home warranty company that I had initially went through BUT after waiting 3 1/2 weeks for them and the company they assigned to my claim, I was not willing to wait any longer. Let me tell you how amazing Prator Heating and Air is and I promise I’ll try to keep it at a minimum. For two years I’ve had to contact CoolRay regarding my air going out every year around this time. Each time I had to pay $200. This year when I contacted the company for the same issue, I was told that I would have to pay $600. To make a long story short, I told them NO because they never told me what the issue was and they still charged me $85 for coming out. I reached out to my brother because I remember he had a unit installed by Prator Heating and Air. When I called the company, I spoke with Rick. He came out the next day (a holiday at that) and gave me a detailed explanation regarding the real issue why my home wasn’t cooling. Now my little ones and I are enjoying the AC. I definitely recommend this company, especially for their availability, professionalism, and thoroughness.

They did an excellent job of the removal of the old system and install of the new. Rick took the time to explain how the zones work and what he saw wrong with our old current. After the install he would not leave until everything checked out 100% and all our questions were answered. We had other estimates and a couple of them were really high and trying to pad their profits. He showed me exactly what things cost and his honesty was really appreciated. Mr. Prator provided a very detailed quote and gave a reasonable price to replace my 40+ year old HVAC system. He was punctual and very thorough with the replacement.
