RAM has installed a full HVAC system in one of my houses and was very responsive to come out throughout that project. They have also cleaned and inspected the unit at another house for me. The tech did a very thorough job of cleaning the exterior heat exchange unit.

The worker told us he replaced our motor but replaced a switch. The worker told both my dissabled veteran and my self he replaced the motor. The unit ran but our fan did not move it almost burnt my entire unit up! The manager offered no help. She stated call better business she did not care! I bet she will care when our attorney from the DISSABLED AMERICAN VETERAN ASSOCIATION contacts the owner! I would not recommend this company to take out my trash..😔

They will take your money if you're getting a new system. But if it's 4 years old they only have time for units 1 year old.. You can call someone else. This is the second time in four years we had to have a part replaced.

Am very happy with this company; I had Sergio come to my home, and he spent a lot of time in the pouring rain to get my unit up to speed for winter. Liked them so much that I had them come to my mother's house. They are my GO TO company for issues around heat and air!

Less than Poor character...I've got $18k worth of new Trane equiptment that was installed incorrectly by Kevin Tipton...and or Residential Air and Maintenance.... and it hasn't work at all since day one (going on for 1.5 years)...run from Residential Air, and Kevin Tipton.
Trane engineering and those in higher positions of authority in the Trane system also showed less that POOR character...both them and Kevin refuse to correct their mistakes...Kevin boldly says:unless I pay more...yes you heard me correctly...he had to audacity to ask me to pay to correct their incompetence.
Call Trane and ask to speak with engineering dept...there's is not one...no distract or regional rep with Trane is willing to take responsibility for their instructed mistakes (yes they too mislead Kevin as he blames them).
BUY CARRIER form Someone else.
I've been in Real Estate and construction for 30 years in our CHATT. North Ga....ITS UNFORTUNATE when you see the real character when someone is faced with having to correct their mistakes at their cost...in this case POOR character ran from making it right.

My unit had went down on a holiday weekend. They came out on a Saturday evening and fixed unit quickly and professionally. Will use them again and recommendations for them are high.

I’m sure they are lovely and competent people when they aren’t doing 55 through a residential area and crossing 3 lanes of traffic recklessly to get onto the freeway. Then the “lady” in passenger seats leans out her window while going down the freeway to angrily give me the finger. Probably not the best idea when you are in a company vehicle. Maybe they need some anger management or public relation courses to help with their interactions with potential clients. Just saying...

I have used RAM several times for different homes and found them to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient and time sensitive - they actually show up when they say they will!
