Had someone come fix the AC and it works less than it did before now it doesn’t even turn on and he replaced the thermostat when I just bought a new one and replaced it and said it was broken, he just needed to fix the AC NOT THE THERMOSTAT! Now my house doesn’t even have heat! Would not recommend to anyone

very bad customer service. Jerry is horrible. paid for a biannual maintenance tuneup and we had to remind them of the tuneup. ended up canceling it later on and they refused to refund us $75.
