IceBound

I have contracted this company when their name was IceBound to install a new AC system at my house. They did a great job and the unit is running so much better than our old one. It is saving us $$$ too on our electricity bill, so that was a bonus. They recently had switched over to Service Emperor and I reached out to them again this time for my business. They were on location in a timely manner and did a great job on fixing the issue. The technician was professional and courteous. He found the issue and fixed it quickly and gave us a few tips on how to keep the system operating more efficiently. I would highly recommend them for any residential and commercial needs.

The technician arrived on time and worked quickly to service our HVAC system. I had several questions about the service and replacing our thermostat, and he patiently answered my questions and gave honest recommendations. Will continue to use them.
