I needed a new Smart Thermostat (ecobee) installed. Jacob was my technician. I sent a picture of the current wiring and a link to my new ecobee smart thermostat. Jacob called before to discuss what I had and what the process would be like. He was/is very knowledgeable.

When he got here he new exactly what to do and had it working within 15 minutes. Naturally setting up all the settings takes longer and I asked him to leave that to me to customize.

Jacob is professional and knowledgeable about these smart thermostats. He also was Covid-19 conscious and kept his mask on the entire time.

He also is great with dogs.

I use Ful-Bro twice a hear to maintain my HVAC and will never switch service providers.

My house experienced an electric panel failure during June 2020. This problem caused power surges throughout the house and damaged numerous appliances and electronic equipment. The HVAC was damaged and did not work at all. Ful-Bro HVAC responded promptly to my request for a repair; they were able to repair the system 24 hours after I called them. They successfully replaced three significant electrical parts (the furnace circuit board, transformer and a capacitor) for a very reasonable price, considering the extensive damage to the system.

For reference, they did the repair for HALF the cost of a name brand HVAC company.

Importantly, the customer service team, repair tech and company mgmt treated me with care and respect. I felt as if each person actually cared about me the customer. I strongly recommend Ful-Bro for HVAC repair and installation.

For 10 years now, our family has paid Ful-Bro Engineering to perform spring and fall inspections of our two HVAC units. They keep burners and condensers clean, refrigerant topped up, and compressor start-up capacitors replaced as needed. They have identified several issues early that could have become much more expensive later had we not been warned. Highly recommended.

I have used Ful-Bro for the installation of a HVAC unit for my house, and recently had a technician come out to do preventative maintenance on my systems. They have always be very professional and courteous. James was very thorough when examining my systems and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Ful-Bro for your HVAC needs.

Kyle came out within 2 hours of our call on a Sunday morning and quickly fixed the problem. He was texted us 10 minutes before arriving, professional and covered his feet when walking through our home. Since it was a Sunday, they charged time and a half for their service call fee AND labor, so it was about $100 more than the weekday. We were only told about the extra service fee before coming out and surprised to learn that we had to pay more for labor too. Anyway, we were happy our AC was working again because we have two young children that needed to nap and it was another 92 degree day.

Our AC quit working and the forcast was for a high near 90. Called Ful-Bro because of their 5 star rating and they are located in my part of town. Because of the hot temps, many others were having cooling problems but they said they would do what they could to work me in that day. Jeff showed up that same afternoon and had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. He had to go to the shop to get the parts but got us back in service within an hour. Great job Jeff, you guys definitely earn your 5 star rating!

I called in the morning for an A/C repair. Taylor was able to work me into what sounded like a busy schedule that same day. The forecast high that day was 98 degrees, so I was very appreciative. Taylor was punctual and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Professional service and reasonable prices!

These people are really great. I have had a a/c problem two years in a row (not the same problem). Alex came out this time. He came when he said he would and was very professional. I was expecting the worst both times in terms of cost, but each time this company has fixed my problem for a fraction of what I expected to spend. They found the inexpensive solution which fixed the problem. What more can you ask for??
