When I called they answered very friendly they gave me a time that the technician will be able to come he came on time he was very friendly he was very professional he was very polite it was a little bit more expensive than I thought the port would be but the part came in two days and he came and installed it same guy came very friendly I appreciate the service.

Work was excellent, Jay knew what needed to be done and he did it. Not only did he fix some ongoing problem, he determined the cause and fixed that as well. He has had years of experience and it shows as he systematically tracked down the initial cause of the problem and corrected it.

Snellville Heating and Air once again saved the day. They were very quick to get a service tech out and they were able to handle my problem in the same day. Also saved me 50% on my repairs.

Not sure if they provide great service to their customers but they certainly don’t care how the employees drive company vehicles!

They treat their employees terribly, cheat them out of wages for travel time and involve family drama where there doesn't need to be any. They pay their techs the absolute minimum wage possible and the owner regularly ridicules his employees. They couldn't run a business if their lives depended on it, which is does, and which they are doing a fine job of screwing up and screwing over their best employees for that fatter bottom line. You can't complain to anyone because the owner is related to everyone on the labor board for that area, so crooked as hell. What's to like?

Made an appointment last Friday for today Moday August 7, 2017 and no one showed up. I didn't receive a call and I put off a few errands so they could come by and fix my air.

No one called to touch basis and tell me no-one was going to show up. Thanks Snellair for the unprofessionalism.

Snealville air came to my house and beat Avery body elses price and did a great,job brand new Ac in and out. At great price will recommend them to anybody 9 6 2016

Have used Snellville air on several occasions and now also use their maintenance plan. They are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Recommend them hands down.
