Their “attempt” at Aeroseal was a nightmare and it did not even work and then they didn’t put my system back together properly. They Also damaged the drywall at the registers. I had to ask them to leave and I had to hire another company to service my system once they were gone.

Very professional, honest, reliable, go out and beyond to make sure you are getting what you need! They have best customer service, good communication, and also keep you up to date on every thing that is going on!

Mark was very professional & knowledgeable on my service call . Did not try to sell me things I did not need . He took time to explain things in laymens terms ! Will definitely use Snellville Heating & Air again. Also the lady that took my service request was very kind .

My AC quit working, being a Engineering Tech I pretty much knew what had failed. Called these guys out to check it. Yupp, the compressor failed, one year after warranty (another company). It cost $78.00 for the service!!! OMG! How dare you charge me so LITTLE!!!
That is correct 78 bucks... I felt I had robbed these guys. They came at 7:00pm, been running behind all day and it was only 78 bucks!
That is a deal! You bet you want these guys!
Now let's see how well they can do on quoting a 3 room mini split system. The tired, old, outdated central air & heat systems just uses to much money in electricity. Time to update to better tech!

They came out very quickly but they had no idea what they were doing and I had to constantly call to get updates on my order. I finally canceled with them and went another route

They came out wanted me to spend 2000 to repair a 12 year old system. Wouldn't leave a estimate. I called another company and spent 90 dollars on repairs l will never call them again. Good luck to you
