Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing

Replaced our indoor and outdoor units and did a fantastic, thorough, job! Really pleased with their service and honesty. Had a couple quotes before they came out, from some high pressure sales reps from other well known providers in Atlanta but when the snellville rep came out, it was a world of difference. They didn't try to upsell and give us something we didn't need. They saved us a ton of money and were kind, courteous, and honest!

This company is a joke! We called them out
bc we had no air working upstairs and the guy that came out was here all of 10 minutes. This was close to 5pm on Friday. He barely even checked our system out and determined it was a “grounded out compressor”. The man said someone from sales would need to come out and give us price for repair. So they sent someone out the next day from sales to try and sell me a new unit. I explained to the salesman that I needed a price for a compressor and wasn’t ready to spend thousands of dollars for a new unit. He said he didn’t have a price and would have to call the tech that was here the day before and that tech should have given me a price. I also explained to him I needed to make sure it was in fact the compressor before I spent that kind of money on either a new one or a new unit. I asked if it would be possible for someone to come out and recheck the system. We felt it wasn’t thoroughly checked. He said he would have them call me Monday. Well Tuesday I called the office and said hey someone was suppose to call me for a recheck. No one had me on schedule. So they scheduled me for that Thursday. Having no air since Friday before. I got a different company to come out on Weds and conduct the recheck so glad I did. It turned out it wasn’t a grounded out compressor. The new company saved me thousands of dollars and had me running before he left that day. My husband called the next day to talk to them about the misdiagnosis and terrible service we had received. Including us paying a service call for bad advice. He said he would refund us our fee and send out a check that day. This was 2 weeks ago. I called today and they haven’t mailed us a check and the guy my husband talked to is supposively out of town. So highly doubt that he will send us a refund. They haven’t followed through with anything they said and can’t even believe what they say.

I called Snellville Heating and Air on Monday, January 13 concerning an upstairs heating issue and requested a Friday morning appointment, January 17. I was called by the office around 9 am, Mark S arrived shortly after, solved the problem promptly with great professionalism and courtesy. Heat is working fine. Great Job.!!!!!!. Thank you Mark

GOOD SERVICE BUT TOO COSTLY: My unit's thermostat went blank and stopped working so I knew it was a blown fuse but since I couldn't find it, I thought it was a fuse-less unit which was why I called. Turns out, the fuse was stuffed in the back behind a boat load of wires and a relay. The tech changed the fuse and reconnected a wire (that may have shorted out). That cost me $260. Imagine what it would cost me if it were something else? I won't use SHA&P again because that was too much just to change a fuse but they got the job done. Suggestion to mgt: Tell the customer how much it will cost BEFORE doing repairs so they'll know up front what to expect. Had you told me it'd cost $260 for a fuse and a wire, I would've said no thank you.

Called them out after numerous plumber fails...
Jay figured out my problem in just a few minutes. Thoroughly and completely explained the problem and its remedy! Super impressed. DEFINITELY recommending to family, friends and co workers. Thanks Jay !

Whenever I find that Ethan is checking my AC & Heating and I am happy and confident that Ethan will expertly attend my to home systems. Awesome service...They installed a new Heat Pump system in my basement in just a few days. The technicians were very professional and cleaned up the area after installation. All the humidity in the basement has now been eliminated.... Thanks Snellville Heating, Air & Plumbing!!!

The different people that came to help us with our new air-conditioning- Steve and Jeremy were very professional and helpful. The company even loaned us portable units until we could have our new one put in. We love the thermostat with capabilities to use with our I phones.

Best service I’ve ever received from a heating and air company. They also do plumbing now and Jay did an amazing job. Professional, on-time, knowledgeable, and I will use them again because of him.

They did the work of replacing 2 units, but I had to call them back for a lot of installation issues, including code problems. Attention to detail was less than expected. Just noticed more plenum support issues....
