We had an old system that needed replacement...two estimates and Snellville was by far the most cost effective for us...Joe Hanley was our sales rep...awesome man, very professional and informative. The installation crew, James and Tony, were here at 9 and worked thru until 6:30 and cleaned up everything. We were so very impressed with this company from meeting Joe to finishing with the installation team...would get our recommendation a million times over .

Called David on a Saturday because my water heater was leaking. He reached out to his on call tech and I quickly received a call from Lance who showed up within 2 hrs and replaced my water heater. Can’t thank you guys enough

Joe came out with Snellville heating and Air looked our units over showed us the best option the next day Chris and Joseph showed up at 8:30 they installed everything thermostat clean the pad up hauled it away all the old stuff away they were gone no muss no fuss and now we're sitting back and enjoying our comfortable new unit they get a five-star rating these guys were awesome they were they were cordial very professional lay down their job with ease you could tell they were professionals there were delight to talk to they got the job done and we're proud we went with Snellville heating and Air they didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need they took care of our needs thank you Snellville heating and Air five stars and two thumbs up

Where do I start, worse customer service ever bought a new system last year from this company with extended warranty. My system quit working yesterday when I call they told me it will be $275.00 service call and because it was a warranty work it will be two days before they can get to me. The representative went on to say that the extended warranty only covered parts and not labor, when me paper work clearly state parts and labor covered for 5 years. Consumer beware of this company they are a totally rip off.

I've been a customer of Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing for many years. First of all, the phones are answered by a staff who are exceptional with their help. I knew my old system wasn't going to last much longer so I contacted 4 HVAC companies to give me a quote, Snellville included. Joe Hanly with Snellville spent time with me explaining his proposal and his offer came out way on top, my new system was installed April 2018 and I couldn't be happier. Six months later Ethan Helton, Service Technician, visited to inspect my system and make sure it was ready for winter. I can't say enough good about Ethan. He showed up on time, very personable, showed a lot of respect for my house and property, and smiled the entire time he was here. He explained everything he checked on the system and was ready to answer any questions I might have. If ever I need a technician or in 6 months for my next inspection, I will personally ask for Ethan. All this to explain why I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing. You won't find a better company to do business with.

Spoke with Olivia who kept me updated about my appointment status and even called prior to technician arriving. Bruce came out (on time & professional) and had to change a regulator on/off switch, freon was good and the air filter was changed as well. Excellent customer service and "service" (pun intended, lol). :O)

Technicians showed up on time. Had a new furnace installed. Selected a 80% constant torque ECM motor plus media filter, rack and filter. The fan can barely be heard. The price was excellent. I highly recommend Snellville Heating, Air and Plumbing.

We have had Snellville Heating & Air for over 20 years, have had to (2) HVAC systems replaced, (2) toilets installed and always a maintenance agreement. They have been a fantastic company to work with - always recommend them,

Our entire HVAC system needed to be replaced and we were having a hard time finding a reliable, honest, reasonably-priced company to come out and fix it. We saw the billboard on 316 for Snellville Heating and Air and decided to give it a go. Joe came by about thirty minutes after the initial phone call, and you could tell right away this was a man who knew what he was doing. He checked everything out and then, the first company to do so, sat down with us to go over everything in detail. He quoted us the best price we’d received and didn’t once try to upsell us. He showed us all the certifications that their workers have which put our mind at ease. A week later (and only that long because we weren’t home the other days) we had an entirely new HVAC system installed by two hardworking guys.

I will say the monthly financing price we got was not ideal for us. I’m not naive, but the whole reason we called in the first place was the monthly financing offer of $50 on the billboard. So that was a bit disappointing, but the overall cost was the lowest quote we’d received so we went with it. Plus, we have ten year warranty on the new system, and a year’s servicing. Not to mention the security of knowing we have an honest company working this for us.

We really appreciated the service we received after almost two months of a broken HVAC system and companies trying to scam us. I recommend Snellville Heating and Air to anyone looking.

In one week Fred came for the semi annual maintenance on the HVAC and he checks everything, is informative about the system and provides feedback, great service!

Randy came out to check the vanity sink and quickly assessed the problem, slow drainage, in addition to addressing a leak. He had to purchase a new part to clear up the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job!
