Have used them for about 15 years. They have always been fair and taken care of me in fast in an emergency.

Tried using had leak at water meter estimates all over. Gwinnett County water save the day. Pay this company lots of $$.
To joun back an air pcv valve over $500. The day wall person did for free. This company had my trust. Rhe manage sucks he said yes the vent pcv is $500 ..without comming to see.... beware!!

My A/C went out in the evening, I called them the next day & was able to get someone out the same day. Treated my system like if it was there own. Very respectful & provides amazing customer service.

Hands down this company you can trust . I had them replace my two older HVAC unit that were 17 yrs old . Starting from the estimator Mr. ’Joe Hanley’ to the two installer that came to do the job and their quality assurance manager ‘James Ford ‘ were nothing but had care and professionalism . They worked since 8 :30 am to almost 6 pm to make sure the job was done right and handled everything with care and finished ahead of schedule estimate time , the two installer that came were awesome. I went through many HVAC company in LOGANVILLE GA and then finally decided to give Snellville Heating/Air/plumbing a try and I’m glad I did . Very happy with my installation.Highly recommend them .

Ethan was great! He came in and knew exactly what the problem was in minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with his work and earned our confidence very quickly. He made a capacitor on site (didn't even know you could do that) and fixed our AC in no time. He's the type of technician you want at your door when you call a company for service. Grabbed some cards from him to hand out to friends and would recommend him to anyone! Thank you!

After my a/c system failed (original system on 23 year old home), I called around to about 8 different companies. Snellville Heating and Air was the most cost effective and had the most options. The sales person was extremely pleasant and nice to work with. I also had a separate meeting with Jack Peavy, their marketing rep and he helped clear up other questions and concerns I had. The installers showed up on time, were careful on not tracking dirt on our carpet. They were efficient and cleaned up after the job. A week later, the supervisor came to inspect the installation and answer any questions. I am extremely happy and my Georgia Power bill was cut in half compare to the same month last year. I highly recommend Snellville Heating & Air.

Snellville Heating & Air has been providing service to my systems for years. They are always prompt, helpful, and courteous. Today, I received a call offering to advance my appointment, which greatly improved my schedule for the day! Tim did a great job in maintaining and evaluating my systems. Tim was the technician who came to look at my A/C system. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. He then checked and ran diagnostics on the A/C system to verify that there were no additional issues. Tim was great to work with: professional and personable, and is a great representative for the Company. I called the office when I had questions on the warranty status for the replacement part, they were very responsive and covered the cost of the part under warranty.
